IFPR Disclosure
For the financial year ended 31 December 2025, Benchmark Capital Limited (Company Number: 09404621) and its subsidiaries (the Benchmark Capital Group) formed part of the Schroders group. Certain companies in the Benchmark Capital Group (Best Practice IFA Group Limited, Evolution Wealth Network Limited, Fusion Wealth Limited and Schroders Investment Portfolio Services Limited (formerly Whitley Asset Management Limited)) formed an investment firm group (IFG) in the wider Schroders group and were included within its Wealth division’s Investment Firm Prudential Regime (IFPR) disclosure arrangements.
Schroders prepared and published the MIFIDPRU 8 disclosures applicable to those entities named above for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Those disclosures can be accessed here.
On 4 November 2026, the Benchmark Capital Group ceased to form part of the Schroders group following its acquisition by Söderberg & Partners. Future MIFIDPRU disclosures relating to the Benchmark Capital Group, including those for the financial year ending 31 December 2026, will be prepared and published in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
