Raising concerns in confidence
Honesty and integrity are fundamental to our culture at Benchmark. Everyone who works for, represents, or conducts business on behalf of Benchmark, including our Appointed Representatives, has a responsibility to uphold these values and help maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Like all organisations, we recognise that there is a risk that things can go wrong, or that illegal, improper or unethical behaviour may occur. We are committed to creating an environment where concerns can be raised openly and confidently, without fear of retaliation.
We have robust arrangements in place to ensure that our employees, Appointed Representatives, contractors and other interested parties can raise concerns or report suspected wrongdoing, knowing that all reports will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.
Safecall global reporting service
Benchmark has appointed Safecall, an independent third-party provider, to operate a confidential reporting service. Concerns can be raised through Safecall's online reporting portal or 24-hour telephone helpline at 0800 915 1571.
If you become aware of, or suspect, wrongdoing, misconduct, unethical behaviour, regulatory breaches, fraud, financial crime, or any other matter that may impact Benchmark, its customers, employees, Appointed Representatives, or business operations, you are encouraged to report it through Safecall.
Reports can be made in confidence, and you may choose to remain anonymous where permitted. All concerns will be handled sensitively and reviewed independently and appropriately. Information will only be shared on a need-to-know basis to support a fair and effective investigation.
