Modern Slavery Statement
For the financial year ended 31 December 2025, Benchmark Capital Limited (Company Number: 09404621) and its subsidiaries (the Benchmark Group) formed part of the Schroders group.
The Benchmark Group's approach to the assessment and management of modern slavery risks was generally consistent with the Schroders group strategy and adopted Schroders group policies and standards where applicable, appropriate and relevant. The Schroders Modern Slavery Statement for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, which was approved in 2026 by the boards of Benchmark Capital Limited, Best Practice IFA Group Limited and Fusion Wealth Limited, can be accessed here.
On 4 November 2026, the Benchmark Group ceased to form part of the Schroders group following its acquisition by Söderberg & Partners.
For the financial year ending 31 December 2026, the relevant Benchmark entities will publish, or be covered by, an applicable Modern Slavery Statement in accordance with the post-acquisition reporting arrangements.
